These Parts Express waterproof silicone-filled wire nuts are twist-on wire connectors made for protecting outdoor wire splices. They are designed for direct burial, landscape lighting, and outdoor speaker connections.
The internal silicone helps keep water away from the bare wire. A UV rating provides long lasting protection in harsh environments, and the UV protected caps are made not to dry out and crack.
Once installed, it is not recommended to pull the wires back out, so these are best for permanent installations.
Internal links: none available.
