This five-pack of Parts Express warm white LED lead lamps is designed to solder into the original bulb locations for tuner and panel displays in Marantz, Sansui, Kenwood, Yamaha, Sony, and other classic stereo receivers and amplifiers. Compared with incandescent bulbs, LED replacements use less energy and are less likely to burn out like standard filament bulbs.
Each lamp measures 0.24" H x 0.17" Dia. and has wire length of 20" x 2. The color is warm white, brightness is 30 LM, recommended voltage is 12 volts @ 20 mA, and working voltage is 3 to 15 volts. They can work with 12 volt AC or DC, and their long leads provide multiple mounting options away from the power source.
These lead lamps can also be used for car instrument panels and car stereo displays, LCD backlighting in portable and desk style communication radios, small-model lighting effects and model car headlights, and LED indicator or power-supply status lights. For vehicles exposed to power surges or off-road driving, LEDs are less likely to burn out than standard filament bulbs.
