This is no normal headphone splitter that only splits the audio output. This splitter's design allows audio to come out of 3.5 mm 4-conductor jack while letting audio enter simultaneously. The splitter enables dual 3.5mm multimedia headphones with microphone to work with smartphones and other devices that use a single 4-condutor 3.5 mm jack. The slim 3.5 mm male plug fits in to most smartphones even with their case on, and the flexible 6" cord makes it easy to hook up and puts less stress on 3.5 mm jacks.
