This 6H2 vacuum tube is a direct replacement for the Dayton Audio HTA200 Hybrid Stereo Tube Amplifier smallest tubes. The 6H2 tube works with the other 6H2 as a full-bridge rectifier and is used to control the flow of electrical current, ensuring that the output is always in one direction. Tube rectifiers have a more gradual voltage response to changes in current, which can result in a smoother output and a more natural-sounding and warm tone from the pre-amp tubes.
