The Audio-Technica AT829cw is a cardioid condenser lavalier microphone designed to capture the speaker while rejecting unwanted ambient noise. Its 120° angle of acceptance supports intelligible, crisp voice pickup.
The microphone weighs 2.4 g (0.1 oz) and measures 0.94" (24mm) long and 0.41" (10.5mm) in diameter. Its 55" (1.4 m) cable is permanently attached to the mic.
Included accessories are the AT8131 foam windscreen, which helps minimize wind noise and plosive sounds, and the AT8434 clothing clip for attaching the microphone to clothing.
