The B&C De95tn-8 is a 2" exit compression driver designed for high-output midrange response in high-efficiency systems. It features a 3" diameter titanium diaphragm and an aluminum voice coil for low mass, maximum displacement, and strong efficiency.
Its FEA optimized ferrite motor assembly is built to dissipate heat and help keep power compression to a minimum during extended use. The pole piece includes a large copper cap to reduce inductance, improve high frequency response, and help keep distortion as low as possible.
Key specifications include 110 watts RMS power handling with a minimum crossover of 1,000 Hz at 12 dB per octave, 8 ohms impedance, 500-18,000 Hz frequency response, and 107.5 dB SPL at 1W/1m. Dimensions are 6.7" diameter x 2.6" depth, and net weight is 9.9 lbs.
