This pre-tested, pre-assembled Parts Express amplifier board combines Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio and a multimedia player for DIY wireless amplifier or portable speaker projects. It has an IR remote for adjusting volume and EQ, plus a built-in microphone for phone calls and voice recording when a flash drive is installed. Use the flash drive ports to play prerecorded music or voice recordings. The Bluetooth name is FX-BT.
For a portable DIY boom box, the board can be paired with a Dayton Audio LBB-3v2 battery board, a power supply to charge the 3-cell battery board, batteries, speakers and an enclosure. FM reception requires a short piece of antenna or hookup wire, sold separately, soldered to the board. The remote uses a CR2025 battery, sold separately; some remotes are misprinted with CR1220.
