Burning The Candle At Both Ends is an Infinity Percussion work for seven snare drums and piano, presented as a conductor score and parts. This percussion composition puts the snare drums at the center, with piano providing a rich harmonic backdrop.
Intricate syncopations, rapid-fire rolls and pulsating grooves drive the piece’s intensity and momentum. Its title serves as a metaphor for the relentless work required to achieve a dream.
