
Chant du Ménestrel (Song of the Minstrel), Op. 71, is a short piece for solo cello and orchestra by Alexander Glazunov (1865–1936). This edition is a conductor score and parts.
Composed in 1901, the work is dedicated to Alexander Wierzbilowicz, the Tsar’s solo cellist. A version for cello and piano was also published. Though characterized as a salon piece, it displays emotional depth beyond its brevity.
