C4A300 Class D 4-Channel AmplifierCIARE’s C4A300 amplifier was developed from the ground up for high-performance mobile audio and is well suited for SQ-focused systems, compact SPL builds, or upgrading a factory car audio system when paired with a CIARE CLOC2, CLOC4, or CLOC6 high-to-low level converter.
The black anodized chassis uses a CIARE “C” heatsink design to draw heat away from the MOSFETs for extended run times without the need for an external fan, helping reduce the risk of thermal runaway, premature shutdown, and failure.
Standard variable controls include input gain up to 8V through line-level RCA inputs, a 10 Hz to 8 kHz 12 dB/octave high-pass filter, a 40 Hz to 8 kHz 12 dB/octave low-pass filter, and a 10 Hz to 8 kHz 12 dB/octave band-pass filter when set appropriately. It also includes a Sync feature that allows simple control of four output channels using only two channels of control.
A soft turn-on circuit helps prevent the abrupt thumps often associated with amplifier startup caused by current inrush, and auto-on and auto-off operation are included as well.
Also included are four mounting screws, two hex wrenches for securing power, ground, remote, and speaker output cables, and a 12V, 1A output harness.
