The Dayton Audio CS1000 is a ported 10" powered subwoofer designed for music, movies, and games. Its amplifier delivers 180 Watts (RMS), with a frequency response of 28–200 Hz.
It has a mineral-filled paper cone woofer, an 18mm MDF cabinet with rigid internal bracing, stereo RCA and LFE line-level inputs, and spring-terminal speaker-level inputs with passthrough. Controls include a 40–160 Hz lowpass filter, 0º / 180º phase control, volume control, and auto-on. Dimensions are 13.5 x 16 x 14.37 in. (342 x 406 x 365 mm); weight is 29.32 lbs. (13.3 kg).
The Classic Collection is available in black wood grain with a black grille or light wood grain with a gray grille. Rubber feet with M6 threaded inserts are installed; Dayton Audio speaker spikes are sold separately. The box includes 1 CS1000 subwoofer, 1 speaker grille, 4 rubber feet, and 1 6 ft. power cable.
