The Dayton Audio M6 is a pair of powered desktop speakers in matte black. Each pair features a 6” Signature™ Series aluminum woofer, a 1” silk dome tweeter, and internally optimized DSP in a sealed enclosure. Bass Boost adds extended bass response when enabled.
A Class D amplifier delivers 150W max power (75W RMS). The frequency response is 35–20,000 Hz, and the subwoofer output frequency is 20–200 Hz. Inputs include Bluetooth 5.0 with Qualcomm aptX, a USB-C DAC supporting up to 192 kHz/32 bit, and stereo RCA. A subwoofer output allows connection of an external subwoofer.
A speaker-selection switch lets you choose the left or right speaker, and the volume knob also functions as the input select button. Low-latency Bluetooth supports playback from streaming services. Auto standby activates after 60 minutes of inactivity. The speakers have a resilient painted matte finish.
