Et In Terra Pax is a well-crafted choral octavo for concerts, festivals, contests, and adjudications. Its uncomplicated, homophonic vocal writing is suited to choirs beginning to sing in two, three, or four parts.
A translation and pronunciation guide helps singers learn the Latin text. Greg Gilpin's voice leading, occasional unison, and repetition support an approachable learning experience.
An optional SoundTrax CD lets the director be away from the piano during rehearsal and performance.
