The Furman MR4300 is a power management unit for home theater equipment, with multiple layers of surge protection. Automatic Voltage Monitoring (AVM) monitors incoming power; during an undervoltage, brownout or overvoltage, a flashing red lightning bolt appears and power to connected equipment is automatically turned off. Power reconnects automatically when voltage returns to a safe level. Protect or Disconnect™ circuitry provides ultra-fast surge protection, including against lightning, and permanently disconnects AC power if overwhelmed by an extreme catastrophic event.
Universal ultra low-loss coaxial protection and LAN/Ethernet protection help guard signal lines from damaging surges while maintaining high-definition and high-speed Internet signals. The rack mount kit is included, and the AC cord is 8 ft.
