Challenge your advanced ensemble with this phenomenal work by Sally K. Albrecht. Featuring a cappella double choirs, Gloria Patri employs a full vocal range, dramatic choral dynamics, varied musical textures and tempi, and a joyful romantic-era tone quality. But don't be fooled; it is accessible for school groups and delivers great educational merit. Highly effective in concert and/or adjudication when Choir II (which can be a small group, or half of your existing ensemble) is positioned antiphonally, at the sides or rear of your performance hall.
