The Hi-Fidelity Passive Dayton Audio Epique 7" Mini Subwoofer Kit is a compact passive subwoofer kit for a desktop, 2.1 music system, small studio, or car. Multiple subwoofers can be positioned around a room to help minimize room nulls and peaks for more even bass distribution.
Simulated performance: maximum output 107 dB, F3 60 Hz, and F10 34 Hz. The Epique E180HE-44 7" DVC MMAG extended range subwoofer has 4 Ohm per coil, 200 watts RMS/400 watts max power handling, Le 1.5 mH, impedance 8 ohms (series), Re 6.8 ohms, frequency response 25 - 3,000 Hz, Fs 35 Hz, SPL 85.7 dB 2.83V/1m, Vas 0.57 ft³, Qms 2.93, Qes 0.54, Qts 0.46, and Xmax 14.7 mm.
The knock-down enclosure is made from 3/4" Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF). Its finished internal cabinet volume is 0.35 cubic feet; external dimensions are 10" H x 10" W x 10-1/4" D, and weight is 23 lbs. Made in the USA.
Kit components: one Epique E180HE-44 7" DVC MMAG extended range subwoofer, 4 Ohm per coil; one 25-pack of #6 x 3/4" pan head deep thread black screws; and one Passive Dayton Audio Epique 7" Mini Subwoofer knock-down enclosure. Binding posts and cabinet feet are not included.
