The Control 64P/T-WH by JBL is an excellent choice for a wide variety of applications, including retail stores, restaurants, health clubs, theme parks, educational facilities, hospitality, cafes, leisure venues, and anywhere open architecture or high ceilings make pendant speakers necessary or desirable.
JBL's Control Series speakers are loaded with complication-reducing innovations. Rugged molded high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) enclosures balance mass, strength, and resonance, perfectly complementing their respective transducers. The symmetrical 120° dispersion geometry delivers precise directability and control. Compact design dimensions make the Control Series unobtrusive in any decor. The suspension system and Gripple®-brand cable fastener (UL1598 and UL2239) and factory-installed autoformers (UL1876) take the headaches out of installation.
Extensive use of high-tech materials adds years to speaker life expectancy while increasing weather resistance. The Control 64P/T-WH exceeds MilSpec 810 for humidity, salt-spray, temperature & UV, and IP44 splash-proof rating per IEC 529, among other agency ratings.

Constant Voltage (70-Volt) Audio SystemsAudio distribution systems, especially those commonly used in department stores, warehouses, restaurants, etc., require that many loudspeakers be driven from a single audio amplifier over long runs of speaker wire. The "constant voltage" or "high impedance distribution" audio systems can be complex to understand at first, however, provides many advantages. Learn how to design your own 70-volt or 25-volt loudspeaker system.
