The 15PWX-8R woofer is built for professional audio systems that require tight and controlled bass response without compromising midrange definition. Its magnetic assembly has been developed through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and incorporates a forged polar piece (T-yoke), resulting in enhanced magnetic control and improved efficiency. The MCF (Multi Composite Fiber) cone construction strengthens the diaphragm, allowing it to maintain tonal integrity under high excursion conditions.
A newly engineered suspension system contributes to a smoother and more linear frequency response, helping eliminate harmonic distortion during playback. Combined with a rigid stamped steel frame coated in black epoxy, the 15PWX-8R offers long-term mechanical stability and resistance to environmental wear. This woofer is suitable for use in both sealed and vented enclosures, making it versatile for various professional applications from portable PA to permanent installations.
With a broad frequency range extending up to 5.0 kHz, the 15PWX-8R covers the entire midbass region with confidence. Whether deployed as a dedicated midbass in multi-way systems or as a compact full-range driver in tighter configurations, it delivers the performance and reliability expected in demanding sound reinforcement settings.
