Majestic Mountain is a musical score and parts that portray the power, majesty and beauty of a mountain through the story of a challenging ascent.
The piece begins with mountaineers trudging up steep, difficult and treacherous slopes. They reach a great plateau several kilometres high and take in an awe-inspiring, breathtaking expanse, feeling as though they are on top of the world. Lifted by the view, they continue climbing higher and higher up Majestic Mountain.
