A neodymium motor structure and double-venting system help maintain dynamic range and dissipate excess heat. The anodized aluminum dome supports sound dispersion and off-axis response, while a semi-progressive surround helps reduce distortion at high output through long excursion. The directly connected dome dust cap, attached to the magnet system voice coil, improves high-frequency dispersion. An inserted copper cap on the pole piece controls system impedance to extend the upper frequency range.
