Rag Is Back is an easy-to-perform ragtime arrangement by Valentin Hude, arranged for four B-flat clarinets. This edition includes a conductor score and parts.
The arrangement features a number of catchy tunes, with every individual voice carrying the melody. Ritardandos and accelerations in the second part give the artist’s fancy full scope.
A modulated reprise brings the piece to its final climax—a lively choice for a clarinet ensemble ready for ragtime.
