This antique-design, full-size chalice-style bagpipe is made in sheesham and comes with brass ferrules and sole, imitation ivory mounts, and a black velvet cover. The set has a Rexine bag and measures approximately 40" x 20".
Rexine is a soft synthetic material designed to be airtight and feel like high-quality suede. Its contoured goose neck is designed for better airflow. Unlike a natural leather bag, the Rexine bag requires no breaking-in period and no seasoning. The set is described as having a lighter weight.
