Swing On A String is a medium slow swing chart for classroom or concert hall use, with a conductor score and parts.
An optional drum set part helps establish the mood. The open solo section can feature as many players as desired, with optional backgrounds in the other parts.
Every player receives a sample solo and a solo sheet on the back of their part that teaches the basics of improvisation. The solo is based on a G Major scale. The chart is written by a jazz violinist.
