Techflex Flexo is strong red expandable sleeving that gives cables, wires and hoses a professional look while protecting them from abrasion, cuts and ultra-violet light. It has a 1/8" I.D. and a size range of 3/32"~1/4"; sold in a 25 ft. length.
The braiding slips over large connectors, then form-fits over cables for quick, easy installation. Its .010" monofilament polyester yarn withstands temperatures from -103° F to +257° F, making it suitable for automotive applications. The available colors and sizes can also be used to color code wires for identification.
Terminate Flexo with electrical tape, wire ties or heat shrink. For a professional look and easier passage over large connectors, Techflex recommends its 3-to-1 Ratio heat shrink, available in a variety of colors and sizes. Cut the braiding with a hot knife to prevent unraveling; its melting temperature is +446° F.
