This spirited and truly engaging number for your first year bands uses only rhythms of whole, half and quarter notes for the winds, and eighth notes in the percussion. Quincy has made this a very special work for your percussion section by using non-traditional instruments, including 'a glass jar filled with pennies' and a 'metal pot.' This is delightful music for your youngest groups.
