The XTC 4" round foam baffle pair helps protect mobile audio speakers from road dust, car-wash trips, and precipitation. The flexible, long-lasting, non-degrading foam does not absorb water and protects easily corroded plated parts and vulnerable voice coil gaps.
Each baffle creates a separate chamber for the speaker’s rear radiation, which tightens bass response, reduces distortion, and minimizes road noise intrusion through the speaker cone. Its airtight seal and speaker decoupling help prevent speaker-to-panel resonances.
Use these baffles in car doors, rear decks, and other interior panels, or in sub-enclosures for midrange drivers in large home or PA speaker systems. Sold in pairs. Measured dimensions: 4" opening, 3" back, and 3.75" depth.
